CORPORATE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER – Farmaceutica

For our Client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a

CORPORATE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The company is experiencing a moment of great change in the implementation of digital strategy transforming its commercial processes with several innovative projects as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Therapies, e-Detailing, Multichannel.

The Digital Manager, joining the Corporate Medico-Marketing Planning&Development departments, with the commitment to lead the Medical Marketing digital programs and coordinate Medico Marketing activities in the development of tailored digital assets. He should have a deep and solid understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical business processes as well as of the related relevant data.

Key responsibilities:
– Lead the Group digital transformation projects in Medico Marketing area
– Launch innovative projects, in collaboration with the Digital Centre of Excellence (DIS)
– Define and share best practices across the Global Marketing & Commercial organizations, encouraging the international adoption of digital marketing assets and multichannel approach.
– Support the Business Units to prioritize and use relevant data (internal & external) in managing marketing and commercial processes
– Act as digital focal points in Medico Marketing for other Departments involved in transformation activities (ie: Privacy Data Protection, Organization, Legal, ICT, Digital CoE.)
– Establish in collaboration with DIS Data scientist guidelines for the analysis of the collected information, exploiting the support of the data scientists and the other relevant digital centre of excellence (DIS, ICT)

Main activities
– Manage digital project management in order to implement work flow processes across multiple accounts with departments and organization.
– Drive both processes and activities from Corporate to Affiliates aimed to tailor scientific information according to feedbacks on Products Promotion.

Experience and Education
– Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and 5 years with focus on digital marketing with an emphasis on emerging channels and technologies
– Expert knowledge in digital environment
– Good knowledge of project management methods, tools and techniques
– Scientific background
– Fluent in English

The work location is Florence but is required availability for frequent business trips.
