Our client is the multinational company Trelleborg Wheel Systems and for them we are looking for a qualified
Supply Chain & Quality Manager
The role manages and organizes the activities of quality Dept., to ensure activities in the final production & inspection processes in order to fulfill planned tasks of production, optimizing costs and resources available. This job position ensures compliance with legal and other regulations, IMS principles. He/she respects and participates in building and maintaining IMS system. He/she is responsible for determining the causes of the non-conformities on the assigned section and sets forth immediate measures and corrective actions. He/she is involved in raising the professional level of employees. He/she collaborates with different departments to meet the assigned tasks and requirements.
Main responsibilities:
- To analyze deviations from quality standards and to organize next steps for their solution through the corrective measures (Q Attack meetings).
- To prepare and to support with creating of new Q-documentation
- To ask for co-operation of all other departments, if necessary, to impose the tasks.
- To suggest measures to improve the quality management system.
- To co-operate in the process of product releasing to manufacturing (pilot, serial) in case of Central Quality Director´s unavailability.
- To manage and organize activities of a step of production process & final inspection;
- To stop the production for the time necessary to perform the analysis, to determine probable cause of the defect and to take corrective measures.
- To stop the production with possibility to hand it back into the research and development department.
- To negotiate on technical matters with dealers, customers and employees on the individual markets. To perform the additional technical training. To perform external audits at the customers/suppliers.
- In violation of work discipline, breach of occupational health and safety, fire protection, management system infer disciplinary measures and shorten wages according to labor regulations.
- Participate in negotiations to changes in test methods for testing.
Key requirements:
- Technical Degree (engineering, chemical, …)
- 6 years’ experience
- Ability to work independently in SW MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, basic Power Point skills
- Completion of the QMS Manager course, including the exam
- QMS, EMS, OH & SMS auditing competence (internal auditor training)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a large international organization

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and make recommendations based on data and analysis
