Senior Brand Manager Pediatric

The Senior Brand Manager Pediatric plays a pivotal role in channelling scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives, she/he collaborates to manage all marketing activities of assigned products to support company objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of Respiratory & Immunology she/he will support the development and implementation of the brand campaign for pediatric flu vaccine and monoclonal antibodies for respiratory virus through the operational delivery of branded and non-branded materials.  The brand campaign will be designed for delivery through both field-force and digital channels, and utilizing customer insights.

The responsibilities will comprise the following aspects:

  • Collaborate in the definition of brand strategy and be responsible for development of marketing plans, in line with the Italian legislation, and company compliance and procedures.
  • Deliverables include key marketing campaign items, eg promotional and non promotional Omnichannel campaign material, training support, materials development, approval, production and distribution
  • Liaise and collaborate with Global and European marketing team to highlight local needs and customer insights, share best practices and ensure a right execution of global strategy
  • Work with analysts to analyse market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats, monitor brand and competitive performance, develop budgets, monitor expenses and KPIs for the brand
  • Interface with key internal stakeholders to support and implement brand campaign activities
  • Managing all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience in healthcare or biopharma industry in Marketing roles
  • Hospital Pediatric expertise needed; Vaccine expertise is an asset
  • Understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies and tools (customer profiling and segmentation, market research techniques including patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence resources)
  • Ability to engage cross-functional working groups and teams
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Successful record of creating and deploying digital content & channels
  • Experience of engaging with and leveraging insights from external customers e.g. KEE’s, prescribers, patients and payers
  • Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry
  • Business or Scientific Degree
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
