PRODUCT MANAGER – AGRICULTURE AND SMART TIRES
The role will have the global responsibility for Product Marketing Management, segment Agriculture.
Main responsibilities:
- New Product Introduction – Agriculture and Smart Tires
Activate and run business plans from market analysis to financial assessment to support decision making as far as new products are concerned. Secure the process of new product introduction, from the idea generation to the product launch. Coordinate and follow up the inter-functional process within R&D, Manufacturing and Sales departments.
- Market and application study
Run customer visits, interviews and surveys to figure out market trends, customer needs and product/brand reputation.
- New Product Launches
Support the launch of new Products and coordinate a 360° Marketing & comms program. Run educational activities for both salesforce and customers.
- Existing Agriculture Tire range – Product support
Manage existing product range, monitoring Marketing & Sales KPIs during the entire product life cycle. Provide smart technical product training/information to support sales. Support BTL tools creation to support Sales development.
- Support to PR, Events and Exhibitions
Select products and highlights to be shown during events and exhibitions. Align and update the product info material for the event. Support PR initiatives with reference to product marketing.
Key requirements:
- Master Degree in Engineering (5 years)
- MBA or Master in Marketing appreciated
- Basics of Finance and Sales
- Proficiency in English; another language is appreciated
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Product Marketing management gained ideally with a modern multinational company
