CORPORATE HRIS SPECIALIST
For our Client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
CORPORATE HRIS SPECIALIST
Objectives:
- The job holder serves a full time business analyst for the implementation and support of the HR management systems for the Company Group and assists the HRIS Director in new projects.
- Assesses the current and future needs of the Corporate HR department to support the process of harmonization and the development of central dashboards to evaluate and monitor HR KPIs.
Accountabilities:
- Support the implementation and the roll out of the HR management systems in the affiliates:
- Is responsible for the collection of Business Requirements of Corporate business stakeholders and the development of the Functional Specifications
- Help in the harmonization of Business Requirements of the local affiliates & adherence to the global solution design
- Support the technical analysis and the solution design
- Support the development team during the implementation phase
- Support in the creation and in the execution of UAT
- Support the project reviews with the internal and external partners involved
- Foster the post implementation support including customized developments
- Manage and execute HRMS projects across the group
Required requisites:
- Experience and qualification
- Degree (any discipline), and preferably PMP certified with at least 4 years of HRIS Project Management experience
- Proven experience in a program management/change management role
- Prior experience with implementation of Lumesse HR systems will be advantageous. Otherwise, prior experiences in at least two other HR systems implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle etc) is required
- Extensive hands on experience driving project streams from a regional or corporate level including successful track record implementing HR systems solutions
- Experience in HR processes automation
- Competencies and soft skills
- Meticulous and highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English
- Strong collaboration and follow-up skills on the appropriate solutions to implement
- An ability to consult between internal stakeholders (HR as well as other end-users) and vendor teams to drive the tactful resolution of problems
- Self-motivated and driven
