Our client is Trelleborg Wheel Systems, a multinational leading company, global supplier of tires and complete wheels for off-highway vehicles and specialty applications: tires and complete wheels for tractors and other vehicles used in agriculture and forestry; tires and complete wheels for material handling vehicles, including forklifts and other highly utilized and high-load vehicles, such as construction vehicles; high-performance tires for motorcycles.

The role will have the responsibility to Coordinate and Manage the external and internal communications & brand governance

Main responsibilities:

  • Brand Governance:

Secure consistency and coherence of the company branding policy at 360°, across all the tools both off and online, sites, products and services. Coordinate the visual identity of all business segments and brands portfolio, to support brand reputation and positioning.

  • Communication Plan:

Implement and control both short- and long-term Communications Plan and its implementation in accordance with Communication and Brand Director

  • External Communications:

Design and execute a PR, Media & Communications plan align with Communication and Brand Director


  • PR & Events:

Execute participation to the most relevant international exhibitions for all the Trelleborg Wheel Systems business segments. Design, develop and activate the PR strategy feeding the relevant channels and tools.

Coordinate local events, reporting and calendar.


  • Advertising, Medias and Automation

Follow up the appropriate media plan. Activate advertising & automation campaigns to secure Brand exposure while supporting reputation and positioning across all off and online channels and for all the TWS industry segments

Quarterly revision and update budget and target

Engage and develop internal colleagues and department; Coordinate external suppliers

Write brief and debrief on events activities;

Scouting suppliers

Key requirements:

  • Manage and lead multicultural team
  • Fluent in English language, additional language among German, French or Spanish is appreciated
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SoMe
  • Analytical and editing skills
  • Good knowledge of Media and Press Office
  • Strong leadership and relational skills, Problem solver, Creativeness
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a multinational company and/or leading Communication Agency
  • 2-3 years International experience
  • Business Vision, Communication and Marketing Strategy
  • B2C/B2B Marketing, Loyalty technics, Creativity
  • Master’s degree (5 years) in Engineering or Economics
  • MBA, PL Master in B2C Marketing, B2B/Industrial Marketing communications
  • Pronounced proactive approach, problem solving, leadership capabilities, communication skills, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment and team spirit are needed skills to complete the profile.
