We are looking for a

TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST

Core job Responsibilities

  • Consults with BHR, Business leaders and functional leaders (L&D, C&B, Finance, Communication…) to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed
  • Provides to Client group comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy to meet demand plan
  • Responsible for ensuring best practice recruitment methods applied.
  • Source and manage c.v.’s through TALEO, Universities, recruitment agencies to meet recruitment requirements
  • Receive Screen and Acknowledge CVs through TALEO and send regular updates to candidates on the status of their application.
  • Complete Evaluations with Hiring Team Leader / Manager and business HR personnel as appropriate following interviews.
  • Agree on salary/relocation/start date etc. with business HR and C&B personnel
  • Agree on offer details with business HR and C&B and then place offer with suitable candidate and issue contract of employment in line with company procedure.
  • Creating effective relationships with new and existing recruitment agencies, developing relationships and creating a preferred list of recruitment agencies to control recruitment costs, ensuring fixed terms and conditions are in place,
  • Ensuring best practice in regards to recruitment and selection activities are maintained with regard to company policy, Local Employment Legislation, union agreements, business reorganization, etc

Qualifications :

  • Degree in work and Organizational psychology, Economics or social sciences, Jurisprudence, statistics, engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition in a complex organization
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all non-English speaking countries). Minimum level Common European Framework: B2
  • Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting in the Healthcare market 5/6 years in the role
  • Strong assessment skills to assess candidate’s business capabilities, technical background and key behaviors
  • Strong skills in driving and owning the TA process ensuring candidate and client management satisfaction
  • Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environment (Start – up)
  • Competitive drive, strong work ethic. Motivation to learn, grow and succeed

Ability to build professional relations across all levels of the business, including business acumen with Senior Executives
